What you need to know for the Fest!

Note: There is an elevator to facilitate getting up and down from the 4th floor!

Fest hours

Friday, Oct. 9: 12p - 7p

Saturday, Oct. 10: 11a - 6p

We have the venue from 10a to 8p each day.  For those vending both days: The room will be locked and secured overnight, so you can keep your set up as is and ready for Saturday. 

Remember, the venue is providing tables and chairs for us and will have them arranged when we get there so all we have to do is set up our stuff and get ready to vend!

Friday, Oct. 9:

We'll have two hours to set up, from 10a to 12p.

For those vending Friday only: You will have one hour from the close of the Fest until 8p to tear down and vacate.

Saturday, Oct. 10:

We'll have one hour to set up, from 10a to 11a. The Fest will close at 6p, so we'll have two hours to tear down and vacate.

For those vending Saturday only: You are more than welcome to drop off your stuff Friday between 7-8p to save time setting up Saturday morning.
